Coordinate product development and digital implementation projects, focusing on cross-brand synchronization and digital solution rollout for vehicle cost analysis.
Main requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or equivalent experience
  • Experience in automotive or similar industrial sector advantageous
  • Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills across cross-functional/brand teams
  • Excellent verbal and written communication in Swedish and English
  • Familiarity with data and cost analysis tools (Power BI, Excel VBA, Siemens Cost Management) preferred
  • Customer focus, ownership, and delivery drive
  • Ability to understand organizational context and global interaction
Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and align prototype deliveries with internal customer needs
  • Manage change control processes ensuring compliance
  • Maintain and deliver accurate technical documentation
  • Lead the Change Control Board process updating technical drawings and 3D models
  • Act as central contact for partner brands with regular updates on development milestones
  • Support Product Manager in distributing technical updates for inter-brand knowledge sharing
  • Collaborate with Assistant Chief Engineer for alignment between technical solutions and customer expectations
  • Coordinate new product introductions across brand platforms
  • Monitor product readiness ensuring delivery maturity
  • Identify gaps in system support and drive new collaboration structures
  • Lead deployment of digital platform for vehicle cost analysis
  • Own project end-to-end from planning to execution and integration
  • Collect, refine, and prioritize stakeholder requirements
  • Engage governance bodies aligning project with business strategy
  • Develop and manage detailed project roadmap
  • Ensure seamless integration with existing tools, processes, and systems
