Hellsten Gears AB is seeking a Lead Developer to take technical ownership of their web-based systems, including internal and customer-facing platforms. The role involves hands-on development, system architecture, code quality, security, and future development planning. This position collaborates closely with the CEO and operations team but does not include personnel management. The ideal candidate has extensive experience as a full stack developer, is fluent in English and Thai, and has familiarity with Thai work culture.
Main requirements:
  • At least 15 years of experience as a full stack web developer
  • Fluency in English and Thai (spoken and written)
  • Experience with Thai work culture
  • Technical ownership experience in projects
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with non-technical colleagues
Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and develop custom web systems
  • Act as technical advisor within the organization
  • Ensure codebase is modern, secure, and scalable
  • Introduce new tools and frameworks as needed
  • Make technical decisions and handle deployments
