Case Officer for the National Digital Identity Unit

Work with digitalization that simplifies everyday life for individuals, companies, and the public sector. The role involves providing advice and support while handling various administrative cases related to e-identification and digital identity services mainly for authorities, municipalities, and regions.
Main requirements:
- Documented experience in customer service or support via email and phone
- Documented experience in administrative case handling such as reviewing and approving applications
- Documented experience with record keeping (diarization) and case management systems
- Basic knowledge of digital solutions
- Good knowledge of Swedish and good knowledge of English
Responsibilities:
- Respond to questions about services via phone and email
- Support users in using the services
- Manage connections and agreements related to the services and liaise with connecting organizations
- Perform administrative tasks such as record keeping and mail handling
- Prepare statistics and conduct follow-ups and reporting
- Work with feedback management
- Participate in incident management work
- Handle cases and tasks together with the team
- Collaborate with customer service, other teams and units to create efficient and common working methods and processes
