Responsibilities:

  • Lead investigations and requirements specification, test, evaluate, and configure systems to meet business needs.
  • Drive change management and handle requirements from users and stakeholders.
  • Actively collaborate with suppliers to ensure high quality.
  • Lead meetings that contribute to system development.
  • Represent the business in national cooperation groups for experience exchange.
  • Conduct training sessions and produce related documentation.
  • Manage incidents and act as third-line support.
