Main requirements:
  • Experience working with digital products, preferably B2B or SaaS
  • Ability to balance user needs, business logic, and technical possibilities
  • Experience working in a cross-functional, agile environment with development teams
  • Strong communication and analytical skills
  • Academic education in IT, technology, or equivalent
Responsibilities:
  • Collect, analyze, and prioritize customer and market insights
  • Develop and communicate product vision and roadmap aligned with business goals
  • Translate needs into concrete product requirements and follow up on implementation
  • Ensure commercial focus in product development and contribute to product-led growth initiatives
  • Drive improvements in the communication platform
  • Monitor product performance, retention, and conversion rates
Required hard skills:
  • Experience as a Product Manager or similar role
  • Agile methodologies and close collaboration with development teams
  • Knowledge of communication solutions such as WebRTC, chat, or file sharing
  • Understanding of authentication/authorization and API-first mindset
  • Experience building digital customer journeys and working with product-led growth
  • Data-driven approach with ability to measure user behavior and conversion
  • User story mapping and hypothesis-driven development
Recommended hard skills:
