Main requirements:
- Experience working with digital products, preferably B2B or SaaS
- Ability to balance user needs, business logic, and technical possibilities
- Experience working in a cross-functional, agile environment with development teams
- Strong communication and analytical skills
- Academic education in IT, technology, or equivalent
Responsibilities:
- Collect, analyze, and prioritize customer and market insights
- Develop and communicate product vision and roadmap aligned with business goals
- Translate needs into concrete product requirements and follow up on implementation
- Ensure commercial focus in product development and contribute to product-led growth initiatives
- Drive improvements in the communication platform
- Monitor product performance, retention, and conversion rates
Required hard skills:
- Experience as a Product Manager or similar role
- Agile methodologies and close collaboration with development teams
- Knowledge of communication solutions such as WebRTC, chat, or file sharing
- Understanding of authentication/authorization and API-first mindset
- Experience building digital customer journeys and working with product-led growth
- Data-driven approach with ability to measure user behavior and conversion
- User story mapping and hypothesis-driven development
Recommended hard skills:
- Experience with SaaS products
- Knowledge of digital purchase journeys and trial to conversion optimization
Soft skills:
