Centric is seeking an experienced ServiceNow architect and consultant to plan, design, and deliver ServiceNow implementations in client-oriented assignments. This senior role aims primarily to advise clients on ServiceNow and provide simple, effective, and sustainable solutions. The primary workplace is at Centric's clients within the Stockholm area, with possible on-call duties and travel within the Nordic region as needed.
Main requirements:
- Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, IT, or related field.
- Minimum 8 years of ServiceNow development experience, with at least 3 years in an architect role.
- Deep understanding of ServiceNow platform capabilities, best practices, and implementation strategies.
- Certification in ITIL/ServiceNow Certified System Administrator/Certified Implementation Specialist – ITSM/ITOM.
- Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.
Responsibilities:
- Build, establish, and deliver ServiceNow implementations at client sites across Nordic markets.
- Advise senior client management on ServiceNow solutions addressing service management challenges.
- Collaborate with client IT teams to find best-fit solutions aligned with tool strategies and future needs.
- Lead design and implementation of ServiceNow as a strategic service management platform.
- Act as trusted advisor for clients in ServiceNow matters.
- Help realize clients' ROI by providing pragmatic solutions.
- Translate client needs into IT requirements understandable by development teams.
- Communicate technical decisions clearly to business and technical partners.
- Analyze, capture, and drive improvements in platform implementation.
- Provide accurate estimates and delivery timelines.
- Contribute strong understanding of integrations using built-in ServiceNow plugins and support data integrations.
- Review and approve technical design specs created by lead developers.
