Securitas Group is a global leader in safety and security solutions, offering integrated services that leverage technology to protect clients' people and assets. The company is undertaking the North Star Program Common Core to transform and unify operations across Europe through a new common platform. The Platform Architect - Integration will be part of the North Star Program Architecture team, responsible for leading the integration architecture domain to support the program's successful delivery by influencing technology strategy and achieving business goals.
Main requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in Architecture and broader IT industry.
  • 5+ years of relevant and documented Architecture experience in the Integration Domain, including Integration Pattern definition and associated standards.
  • Experience in driving change, leading architecture roadmaps, and collaborating cross-functionally at all organizational levels.
  • Enterprise IT/IS architecture experience within an Enterprise Architecture context.
  • In-depth knowledge of leading Integration Domain architecture.
  • Knowledge of Enterprise Architecture frameworks such as TOGAF.
  • Proficiency in English at business level.
Responsibilities:
  • Provide architecture leadership and oversee integration architecture development and implementation.
  • Define clear and implementable target architecture aligned with business goals.
  • Create and update architecture roadmaps regularly to align with target architecture and priorities.
  • Lead architectural activities, make key decisions, and provide technology guidance within the domain.
  • Offer domain expertise for business plans, roadmaps, feasibility studies, and design workshops.
  • Set, maintain, and enforce architecture standards and reference architectures.
  • Shape project architectures ensuring adherence to standards and functional/non-functional requirements.
  • Govern solution design to ensure compliance with architecture and standards.
  • Lead and participate in architecture assessments and reviews for solution quality.
  • Manage technology and solution lifecycle within the integration domain.
Required hard skills:
  • Enterprise Architecture experience with focus on integration.
  • Integration domain expertise including pattern definition and standards.
  • Experience with Enterprise Architecture frameworks like TOGAF.
