Product Owner Data Warehouse

Lead and develop the data warehouse platforms and tools at Malmö city IT and digitalization department, ensuring strategic use of data to support decision-making and sustainable digitalization for the city's welfare services.
Main requirements:
- Several years of experience with data warehousing/decision support and IT system lifecycle management
- Strong knowledge in data modeling, ETL/ELT processes, and MS SQL Server
- Experience communicating with developers, clients, operations staff, and DBAs
- Relevant university or technical higher education, or equivalent experience
- Very good Swedish language skills in speech and writing
- Good English language skills
Responsibilities:
- Manage Data Warehouse and Power BI Report Server platforms
- Develop and implement strategies and development plans for the platforms
- Engage in vendor dialogue and vendor management
- Ensure lifecycle management of platforms
- Compile budgets and monitor ongoing financials for the position
- Conduct environmental scanning related to responsibilities
- Collaborate with other IT and digitalization units and business specialists in the city
