The Product Service Specialist contributes to the Product Quality organization by providing customer data and experience relating to service and serviceability, to improve new development projects and product service offerings. This role collaborates with cross-functional teams and manages service documentation and processes to support dealers, emphasizing preventive maintenance and standardized training.
Main requirements:
- Engineering education and/or minimum 5 years experience within products and services
- Experience with workshop/lab, dealer, and/or technical support
- Solid understanding of aftermarket and customer experience
- Knowledge of CAD and PLM tools such as Catia, SmarTeam, Teamcenter
- Proficiency in Swedish and English
Responsibilities:
- Develop and enhance the How-to-Service concept
- Participate in new development projects and product improvements
- Coordinate with stakeholders like Product Managers, R&D, After Sales
- Manage creation and updating of Workshop Manuals with external technical writers
- Oversee creation and publication of other service documents (Service Guides, Plans, Service Books, Product Error Codes)
- Improve content reusability to reduce translation costs
- Ensure publications are available in digital platforms (TDR and STEP)

- Engineering background or equivalent work experience
- Workshop/lab and technical support experience
- Aftermarket and customer experience knowledge
- CAD and PLM tools expertise (Catia, SmarTeam, Teamcenter)
