Responsibilities:
  • Work at the forefront of technology, especially within Power Platform and Dynamics 365 CE.
  • Lead internal developer forums promoting inspiration, knowledge exchange, and skill enhancement.
  • Review codebases and deliveries to ensure quality, sustainability, and scalability.
  • Coach colleagues via code reviews, technical guidance, and mentorship.
  • Collaborate with architects and experts in cross-functional projects, sometimes leading and sometimes contributing as a team member.
