Senior PHP Laravel Developer

We are seeking an experienced Senior PHP Laravel Developer to help build modern, scalable systems with new technology in a high-performing team. The role involves designing, developing, and improving backend systems in a distributed architecture, collaborating closely with product owners, frontend developers, and other stakeholders to create robust, maintainable solutions.
Main requirements:
  • Master's degree in Information Systems or similar
  • Deep understanding of software architecture and design patterns
  • Experience with Domain-Driven Design (DDD) and CQRS
  • At least 5 years experience with Laravel (PHP)
  • Experience with RabbitMQ, Redis, and event-driven architectures
  • Design and implementation of RESTful and GraphQL APIs
  • Integration with third-party APIs (OAuth, payment solutions, social logins, webhooks)
  • Good knowledge of React, Vue.js and Inertia.js
  • Experience with JavaScript & TypeScript and component-based design patterns
  • Advanced knowledge of MySQL & PostgreSQL including indexing and optimization
  • Experience with NoSQL databases such as MongoDB
  • Caching strategies (Redis, Memcached)
  • Experience with search tools like Meilisearch
  • Experience with Docker, Kubernetes & Helm
  • Experience with AWS (EC2, RDS, S3, Route53, Load Balancers), GCP or DigitalOcean
  • Infrastructure as code with Terraform
  • Build and deployment systems like GitHub Actions, Pipelines, GitLab CI
  • Test-driven development (TDD) with PHPUnit, Pest or Jest
  • Quality assurance with static code analysis and linters (Larastan, Pint, Prettier)
  • Agile work methods (Scrum) and Jira
  • Effective Git workflows and code review
  • Ability to communicate technical decisions to stakeholders
  • Experience mentoring and collaborating in cross-functional teams
Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop and improve backend systems within distributed architectures
  • Collaborate closely with product owners, frontend developers, and other stakeholders
  • Implement robust and maintainable software solutions
  • Work on RESTful and GraphQL API design and integration
  • Participate in code reviews and maintain code quality
  • Drive architectural decisions and best practices
