Main requirements:
  • Minimum 7 years of professional experience in test leadership.
  • Passion for testing as a team activity, not just for one role.
  • Experienced in working within development projects following processes and methods.
  • Experience with complex system solutions.
  • Good communication and collaboration skills.
  • Fluency in Swedish and English (both spoken and written).
Responsibilities:
  • Lead testing activities and teams in software development projects.
  • Collaborate with different stakeholders to ensure quality standards are met.
  • Support agile methods and processes in test management.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of QA practices.
Required hard skills:
  • Test leadership and management.
  • Experience working with development processes and complex systems.
  • Fluent communication in Swedish and English (oral and written).
Recommended hard skills:
  • Experience with software requirements management.
  • Experience in agile IT environments.
  • Programming knowledge, e.g. Java or Python.
  • ISTQB certification.
