  • Basic skills in MS Office or equivalent
  • Experience with ticketing systems (e.g., Easit GO or ServiceNow)
  • Fluent communication in both Swedish and English, written and spoken
Responsibilities:
  • Ensure daily IT operations function properly
  • Troubleshoot and assess optimal solutions for issues
  • Serve as local IT technician managing and developing local network environments and internal communications
  • Provide user support and assistance
  • Manage data communication, operation, and data security in large and sometimes global networks
  • Test new products and inform users about updates
  • Install and customize network communication equipment like routers, servers, and workstations
  • Improve IT operation security, including firewall installation
  • Install and adapt software to network needs
  • Technically manage IT equipment in conference rooms, e.g., video meeting systems
  • Handle backup management
  • Administer standard systems such as email and calendar
  • Administer backup, storage, and application servers
