Main requirements:
- High school education or equivalent plus 4 years of related work experience, or
- University education in IT (e.g., computer engineering) or equivalent plus at least 2 years of related work experience
- Strong knowledge of computers, peripherals, operating systems, networks, communication, and information security
- Basic skills in MS Office or equivalent
- Experience with ticketing systems (e.g., Easit GO or ServiceNow)
- Fluent communication in both Swedish and English, written and spoken
Responsibilities:
- Ensure daily IT operations function properly
- Troubleshoot and assess optimal solutions for issues
- Serve as local IT technician managing and developing local network environments and internal communications
- Provide user support and assistance
- Manage data communication, operation, and data security in large and sometimes global networks
- Test new products and inform users about updates
- Install and customize network communication equipment like routers, servers, and workstations
- Improve IT operation security, including firewall installation
- Install and adapt software to network needs
- Technically manage IT equipment in conference rooms, e.g., video meeting systems
- Handle backup management
- Administer standard systems such as email and calendar
- Administer backup, storage, and application servers
Required hard skills:
