Enterprise Architect

We are looking for a new Enterprise Architect to join the Digital Strategies department at Region Blekinge. You will be part of a team working with architecture, digitalization, broadband coordination, and GIS analysis. The role involves supporting the organization by understanding its needs in a larger context through business, information, mobility, and infrastructure using a clear method and architecture framework. You will be responsible for describing and designing strategic and tactical changes to ensure the organization’s digital transformation and planning the organization's strategic capabilities with a holistic view.
Main requirements:
  • University degree in technology or equivalent education combined with relevant experience
  • Experience working with architecture and establishing architecture in large organizations
  • Strong understanding of organizational change driven by digitalization
  • Comfortable presenting architecture and digitalization topics to large groups
  • Self-driven with natural engagement and ability to collaborate well
  • Fluent communication skills in both Swedish and English, spoken and written
Responsibilities:
  • View the organization from a capability perspective
  • Participate in architecture governance including forums and councils
  • Understand how processes, organization, and technology interrelate and collaborate
  • Provide simple solutions to complex problem areas
  • Translate organizational strategic goals into working architecture supporting business development through digitalization
  • Produce architecture deliverables such as target architectures, reference architectures, strategies, guiding principles, and gap analyses
  • Carry out environmental scanning in the area of digital transformation
Required hard skills:
  • Experience working with enterprise architecture in larger organizations
  • Ability to perform analysis, modeling, and description of architecture
  • Knowledge of organizational digital transformation concepts
Recommended hard skills:
  • Certification in architecture
  • Experience with architecture frameworks
  • Several years of experience with complex technical solutions related to IT infrastructure, software development, information architecture, and management
  • Experience with architectural concepts, principles, and design methods
