We are seeking two experienced IT Support Technicians (Second Line) for placement in Norrköping. The role involves providing qualified IT support, managing cases via case management systems, and contributing to a stable and efficient IT environment.
Main requirements:
  • High school education in IT or equivalent
  • At least 24 months documented experience as an IT support technician
  • At least 12 months experience working within government agencies in the last 5 years
  • Good IT knowledge and experience with case management systems
  • Very good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
  • Approved security clearance and security protection agreement level 2
Responsibilities:
