Nyköping Municipality is seeking an IT Coordinator to manage IT coordination, system management, and digital development within the Community Development department. The role involves system administration, information security coordination, digitalization efforts, and acting as a liaison between suppliers, central IT departments, and local operations. Main requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in IT, information systems, or equivalent
  • Proficient knowledge of Office 365
  • Experience with system administration
  • Very good Swedish language skills, both written and spoken
Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate system administration tasks
  • Serve as local information security coordinator and personal data coordinator
  • Participate in information classification, risk analyses, and incident reporting
  • Act as digitalization coordinator within Community Development
  • Oversee multiple operational systems for Community Development
  • Act as Microsoft 365 ambassador
  • Participate in municipal central IT forums and communicate operational needs
  • Serve as link between suppliers, central IT, and Community Development operations
  • Coordinate development related to operational systems and digitalization of services and processes
  • Contribute IT perspective in development projects and improvement efforts
  • Plan and conduct internal training, introductions for new employees, and communicate IT-related changes
