Main requirements:
  • IT education (YH, secondary or equivalent)
  • Curious, service-minded attitude with strong desire to learn
  • Comfortable working in a changing environment where no two days are alike
Responsibilities:
  • Assist users with technical problems via phone, email, and ticketing systems
  • Work with Windows and macOS operating systems and mobile devices such as iOS and Android
  • Support administration tasks such as Active Directory, Exchange, and SCCM
  • Explore and work within different ITSM platforms like ServiceNow (if experienced)
Required hard skills:
  • Basic knowledge of Windows and macOS
  • Familiarity or willingness to learn mobile platforms iOS and Android
  • Willingness to learn Active Directory, Exchange, SCCM, and ITSM tools
Recommended hard skills:
  • Experience with ITSM tools like ServiceNow
  • Experience with Windows/macOS and iOS/Android platforms
  • Experience in administration of AD, Azure, SCCM and Exchange
