An experienced system administrator position within a production-related IT team, responsible for managing critical IT systems supporting life-saving processes. The role involves coordinating maintenance, development, ensuring compliance, and leading digital transformation initiatives in a collaborative and continuously improving environment.
Main requirements:
  • Academic background in natural sciences/information technology or equivalent professional experience
  • 3-5 years of experience in IT system administration, preferably in production or pharmaceutical industry
  • Experience in pharmaceutical industry or similar regulated environments
  • Proficient in documentation preparation and compilation
  • Experienced user of MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
  • Methodical and structured work approach in complex environments
  • Experience in change management and coordination of technical teams
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Swedish
Responsibilities:
  • Ensure smooth, secure operation of critical IT systems aligned with business needs
  • Coordinate and drive system operations, maintenance, and further development with system owners and delivery organizations
  • Ensure adherence to regulations and procedures
  • Serve as contact point and specialist for support and troubleshooting
  • Coordinate management meetings, handle documentation, permissions, and validation
  • Collaborate closely with business and technical teams
  • Contribute to planning and budgeting in the area
  • Drive digital transformation initiatives combining future focus with operational presence
