Data Engineer

We are looking for three Data Engineers to lead our Data Quality efforts in close collaboration with our product and development teams across three brands: Norion Bank, Walley, and Collector. The role involves building our new data platform, implementing and continuously improving key data products, working hands-on with technical teams, and collaborating closely with the business to create value-adding data products.
Main requirements:
  • At least 3 years experience working with data processing in a modern data platform, preferably Databricks.
  • At least 3 years programming experience in Python or other relevant scripting languages.
  • Ability to work structured around data quality and data governance.
  • Hands-on technical teamwork combined with a good understanding of business needs.
  • Strong collaboration skills and experience gathering requirements through dialogue with the business.
Responsibilities:
  • Build and develop the new data platform and implement key central data products.
  • Continuously improve data quality efforts and data governance.
  • Collaborate closely with product and development teams within different business units.
  • Gather and analyze requirements from business stakeholders to create value-adding data products.
  • Drive knowledge sharing and possible training efforts related to data.
