HR-Systems Implementation Specialist

Temporary full-time HR role supporting P&C transformation and new HRIS implementation at One.com, Copenhagen.
Main requirements:
- Provide reliable interim P&C Business Partner support for leaders and employees in Denmark and potentially the Nordics.
- Play a key role in implementing the new HRIS platform HiBob including testing, data validation, user guidance, and rollout.
- Manage and optimise P&C documentation and support structured imports into HiBob, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and accessibility.
- Collaborate with global stakeholders to share knowledge and ensure seamless transitions.
- Ensure data and records comply with GDPR and internal standards.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and maximize benefits of the new system.
Responsibilities:
- Interim P&C Business Partner duties during maternity leave.
- Facilitate testing and data validation of the HiBob HRIS platform.
- Guide users and support smooth rollout of the new HR system.
- Manage P&C documentation and data imports accurately and compliantly.
- Collaborate internationally with global HR stakeholders.
- Monitor compliance with GDPR and internal policies.
- Propose and implement process improvements related to HRIS usage.
Required hard skills:
- Experience or background in P&C/HR (from studies, internships, or relevant roles such as Generalist, Business Partner or Operations Specialist).
- Confident working with HR platforms; experience with HiBob or similar systems (Sympa HR, Workday, SuccessFactors, BambooHR) is a plus.
- Structured and proactive work approach in managing complex implementations.
- Detail-oriented with ability to work with large datasets and documents.
- Proficient in Excel with a focus on accuracy.
