IT Technician 3rd Line Support

Centric is looking for several 3rd line support technicians to support their customers. Main requirements:
  • 3-5 years of professional experience performing similar tasks
  • Experience with Windows Server infrastructure and built-in features
  • Proficiency in PowerShell and VBScript
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office365
  • Experience in installation, operation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of large Windows Server environments
  • Experience in installation, operation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of third-party applications on Windows
  • Excellent verbal and written skills in Swedish and English
Responsibilities:
  • Implement system improvements and maintain operating systems and product applications
  • Assist with new installations, upgrades, and other improvement projects
  • Work both independently and as part of a team
  • Follow processes and document work carefully
Required hard skills:
  • Windows Server (Infrastructure and built-in functions)
  • PowerShell scripting
  • VBScript
  • Microsoft Office365
  • Installation, operation, troubleshooting and maintenance of Windows Server environments
  • Installation, operation, troubleshooting and maintenance of third-party Windows applications
