As a Backend Developer in the Installations & Customer Care team at Aira, you will build intelligent backend systems to digitalize field operations, enhance collaboration, and support proactive maintenance in the clean energy sector. You'll develop scalable, data-driven tools to improve efficiency and quality in clean energy installation and customer care processes, helping scale business operations across Europe.
Main requirements:
  • Experience in product-driven software development and agile environments
  • Proficiency with Java and Spring Boot
  • Automated testing at multiple levels (unit, integration, etc.)
Responsibilities:
  • Build backend systems to replace manual paperwork and disconnected workflows with scalable digital tools enhancing structure, traceability, and efficiency in field operations
  • Develop services facilitating smooth collaboration and handovers between installers, planners, and support teams
  • Create platforms for operational data collection and analysis to drive continuous improvement and smarter decision-making
  • Design infrastructure to enable non-digital field workforce adoption of intuitive tools
  • Support post-installation care through proactive maintenance, diagnostics, and revisit scheduling
  • Build flexible systems adaptable to local requirements, practices, and service models for scaling into new regions and markets
