Main requirements:
  • Several years experience as a business developer
  • Experience in development and management of services
  • Experience driving change management focusing on people, processes and technology
  • Experience in user-driven development within IT and business where technology, law and security are central
  • Experience leading workshops related to development work
  • Experience in process modeling according to a recognized model
  • Practical experience working with agile methodologies
  • Very good Swedish skills and good English skills
  • Relevant academic education or equivalent experience
Responsibilities:
  • Drive development initiatives to develop and improve processes and IT support
  • Work through different phases of need-driven development including gathering requirements and proposing development initiatives
  • Drive change management activities including introduction of new routines, processes and work methods
  • Lead and participate in investigations
  • Set goals, follow up results and propose improvements
  • Work with structure and documentation for service management
