Lead and manage digital development projects to drive strategic digitalization within the authority, collaborating with core operations, IT units, and external suppliers to ensure digital solutions meet user and business needs.
Main requirements:
- Bachelor's degree relevant to the position, e.g. in technology, information systems, digitalization or business development
- At least 3 years experience leading digital development projects
- At least 3 years experience leading agile teams including solution architects, designers, developers, and testers
- Strong collaboration skills with experience working in cross-functional teams
- Ability to understand both user and business needs as well as technical solutions
- Documented experience working strategically and practically to develop business through digitalization
- Proficient verbal and written communication skills in Swedish, including sign language
- Good ability to explain technical possibilities and limitations
- Good IT knowledge
Responsibilities:
- Lead and drive digital development projects
- Identify and describe project goals and expected effects, develop roadmaps and project plans
- Lead agile teams
- Facilitate workshops to gather requirements
- Participate in procurement processes
- Lead meetings with suppliers to specify, estimate, discuss, order, and follow up on development and solutions
- Coordinate and plan alongside parallel projects
- Follow up and communicate project progress and results to steering groups and recipient operations
- Plan testing activities
- Receive deliveries and ensure they meet expectations
- Plan training and rollout, participate in change management
- Prepare for handover to maintenance
