Join Cloudo, an innovative B2B provider of cloud, IT, and telephony services, as a Cloud Specialist. Play a key role in modern IT solutions for customers, working with Microsoft 365, Azure, and other cloud platforms. Responsible for license management, cloud architecture, implementation, and providing technical expertise in customer and sales meetings. Support the support team when needed, with a focus on growth and teamwork.
Main requirements:
  • Strong experience with cloud services, especially Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365
  • Broad technical understanding of multiple platforms and infrastructure solutions
  • Communicative, able to explain technical solutions to technical and non-technical personnel
  • Structured, self-driven, strong customer focus
  • Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
Responsibilities:
  • Manage licenses and CSP (Cloud Solution Provider)
  • Implement and optimize Microsoft 365 services and other cloud platforms
  • Develop and maintain solutions in Azure and other infrastructure services
  • Onboard and develop customers regarding company services
  • Act as technical expert during sales meetings with customers and sales team
  • Automate processes and implement DevOps principles
  • Collaborate with development teams to integrate cloud services in applications
  • Support support team with troubleshooting and issue handling when needed
