Lead and coordinate disassembly simulation tests within Vehicle Service Information to support product development in aftermarket service solutions.
Main requirements:
  • Lead and coordinate disassembly simulation tests with high quality and timely execution.
  • Work cross-functionally across various parts of Scania's organisation.
  • Perform and present digital disassembly simulation results.
  • Drive digitalisation and continuous improvements in testing processes.
  • Strong communication skills in English; knowledge of Swedish is a merit.
  • Structured and adaptable work style.
  • Keen interest in digitalisation and automation.
  • Academic background or equivalent experience relevant to the area.
Responsibilities:
  • Lead upcoming disassembly tests and ensure quality and timing.
  • Gather inputs from different organisational units.
  • Perform digital disassembly simulations.
  • Present simulation results to relevant teams.
  • Contribute to digitalisation journey within the organisation.
  • Support daily improvements in testing and simulation roles.
Required hard skills:
  • Disassembly simulation techniques
  • Digital simulation tools such as Delmia, Catia and IPS
  • Office 365 proficiency
