Healthcare System Object Manager

Main requirements:
  • Registered nurse with clinical experience in healthcare and medication processes.
  • Experience from maternity or delivery care is particularly meritorious.
  • Familiarity with healthcare information systems such as TakeCare or similar electronic health records.
  • Competence in system administration or object management is advantageous.
  • Interest and curiosity about digitalization and IT in healthcare.
  • Good command of Swedish language.
  • Personal suitability emphasizing responsibility, collaboration, and willingness to learn.
Responsibilities:
  • Lifecycle management of healthcare systems including procurement, requirements work, maintenance, and decommissioning.
  • Ongoing system administration including central settings configuration.
  • Provide guidance and support to healthcare staff, develop usage procedures and guidelines.
  • Troubleshoot and coordinate corrective actions with IT and suppliers during disruptions.
  • Compile and prioritize development requests for system improvements.
  • Develop training materials and conduct training sessions and information meetings.
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute system updates and testing.
  • Maintain regular contact and cooperate with external suppliers and regional/national partners.
Required hard skills:
  • Nursing qualification with clinical healthcare experience.
  • Knowledge of healthcare IT systems, preferably TakeCare or equivalent.
  • Basic IT skills and understanding of system lifecycle management.
Recommended hard skills:
  • Experience in maternity or delivery care.
  • Background in systems science, IT or other related digitalization experience.
  • Experience as local system administrator or object manager in healthcare IT.
