Main requirements:
  • Several years of experience in CRM role
  • Proficiency with CRM tools such as Argus or similar
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and Office programs (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Experience building automated customer journeys and campaigns
  • Ability to analyze data and convert insights into action
  • Strong communication skills and experience working cross-functionally
  • Passion for brand development and customer experience
Responsibilities:
  • Develop CRM strategy with clear KPIs and business goals
  • Manage and develop CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce)
  • Ensure accurate and useful customer data
  • Segment target groups and drive data-driven decisions
  • Create and optimize automated campaigns and loyalty programs
  • Collect and act on customer feedback to improve experience
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, IT, and other teams to ensure smooth customer journey
  • Act as requirements owner and superuser for CRM tools and processes
