The IT Business Partner Supply Chain & Warehouse is responsible for ensuring and executing the development of IT programs and solutions for Purchasing, Plant Maintenance, Manufacturing, and Warehousing aligned with the Group's IT policies. The role includes maintaining smooth IT system operations across the plant organization and collaborating with local and central IT functions. The position is part-time (20 hours/week) for 12 months and can be based in Filipstad, Stockholm, or Celle.
Main requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in IT or a similar role
  • Project Management skills with ability to coordinate cross-functional and international teams
  • Strong knowledge of SAP ERP / S4 Hana
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities:
  • Maintain close contact with local functions, process owners, key users, and central IT to ensure user requests align with IT strategy and are planned accordingly
  • Collaborate with Regional Business Partner to identify user needs for system improvements in plant operations
  • Ensure alignment with strategic and operational IT plans including updating and maintenance of existing systems
  • Coordinate development, functionality, maintenance, and service level of region-specific applications within budget
  • Validate local software applications to fit requirements and IT Governance standards from approval through implementation
  • Participate in system standardization and rationalization projects and support organizational impact and implementation
  • Provide timely technical assistance through user support and software maintenance
  • Plan and manage project activities efficiently including internal and external resources
