Seeking a dedicated and solution-oriented Global Support Specialist to join a global IT support team, providing technical expertise and world-class service in a dynamic and international environment from June to December 2025. The role involves managing support requests, delivering IT equipment, documentation, and continuous improvement efforts, based in Frövi, Sweden.
Main requirements:
  • Experience in technical support within network environments
  • Good knowledge of Active Directory, EntraID, and Intune
  • Experience with Windows clients and servers
  • Knowledge of MS Office, printers, and print management
  • Experience with mobile telephony and mobile device management
  • Ability to troubleshoot via remote control tools
  • Strong documentation skills
  • Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
  • Experience participating in projects and test planning
Responsibilities:
  • Handle incoming support requests via ticketing system
  • Prioritize and categorize tickets following established routines
  • Provide on-site support when remote assistance is insufficient
  • Order and deliver computers, phones, and accessories
  • Install and configure hardware and software
  • Document solutions in knowledge base and ticketing system
  • Ensure service levels are maintained at respective sites
  • Work with incident logging and perform analysis for improvements
  • Maintain accurate registers
  • Participate in continuous improvement and cost-efficiency efforts
