Main requirements:
  • 3+ years experience in technical support in complex IT environments with strong troubleshooting, networking, log analysis skills and understanding of the interplay between software, hardware, and drivers.
  • Experience managing integrations of peripheral equipment, preferably with experience in healthcare IT solutions or journal systems.
  • Structured experience with ticketing systems, including logging, prioritizing, and following up on cases systematically and thoroughly.
  • Solution-oriented and analytical mindset with the ability to creatively and methodically solve problems, even in complex situations.
Responsibilities:
  • Handle the most complex support cases in the 3rd line support team.
  • Provide expert support to other support teams.
  • Perform deep troubleshooting in systems and advanced integrations.
  • Manage technical challenges related to peripheral equipment like payment terminals, printers, cameras, and medical devices.
  • Collaborate closely with product and development teams to report bugs and user patterns.
  • Document solutions to contribute to the internal knowledge base.
  • Participate in testing new features and software versions.
