German-speaking IT Support Technician

We are seeking a service-oriented IT Support Technician fluent in German who is passionate about IT and enjoys helping others solve technical problems. You will join a knowledgeable and friendly servicedesk team at an innovative and leading company. Your tasks will include troubleshooting hardware and software, handling incoming support cases via phone, email, and ticket systems, and working within a Windows environment including Microsoft 365 and account administration in Active Directory and Azure/Entra ID.
Main requirements:
  • Fluent in spoken and written German, Swedish, and English
  • Strong interest in IT
  • Experience with customer service or technical support is meritorious
  • Knowledge in Microsoft 365, networking, Windows Server, and hardware
Responsibilities:
  • Receive and handle user cases from the customer’s users with good service attitude
  • Manage client computers, servers, and mobile phones
  • Work within Windows environment, Microsoft 365, corporate applications, and Active Directory administration
  • Follow up and close user cases with focus on customer satisfaction
  • Identify and report recurring problems within support delivery
