We are looking for a Functional Solution Architect with deep understanding of retail businesses to join our team in Göteborg. This role focuses on Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Management and supports customers in their digital transformation by providing system and process expertise that impacts sales and customer experiences.
Main requirements:
  • Deep background in retail, such as purchasing, logistics, IT product ownership, or process leadership
  • Practical experience with POS systems and e-commerce platforms connected to ERP systems
  • Ability to translate business needs into clear solution designs and requirements
  • Experience leading or participating in Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Management implementation projects
  • Experience working closely with business operations for process development and new system rollouts
  • Strong understanding of omni-channel sales impact on systems and workflows
Responsibilities:
  • Act as advisor to clients on business processes, system solutions, and sales strategies
  • Develop solution proposals and design and document processes and workflows
  • Ensure solutions deliver real business value
  • Serve as the link between customer operations and technical solutions
  • Collaborate closely with solution architects, developers, project managers, and business leaders
  • Participate actively in presales and early requirements gathering phases
Required hard skills:
  • Experience with Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Management implementations
  • Strong knowledge of retail business processes and systems integration
