Main requirements:
- Relevant education within the information security field
- At least two years of current experience managing and implementing initiatives or projects in the information security domain
- Good ability to express oneself in Swedish both verbally and in writing
Responsibilities:
- Lead and coordinate development initiatives in information and cybersecurity
- Drive projects and change management within technology and business areas
- Collaborate with experienced specialists in cybersecurity, law, and technology from various parts of the authority
- Support competence development and contribute to cultivating the authority's digital security culture
- Responsible for planning, execution, and reporting of the initiatives led
Required hard skills:
- Management of information security projects or initiatives
- Knowledge of cybersecurity practices
- Ability to communicate effectively in Swedish
Recommended hard skills:
- University-level education or equivalent competence in relevant areas
- Workshop facilitation skills
- Experience working in large and complex projects
- Capability to collaborate effectively with various specialist competences and business areas
