Main requirements:
- Experience as an IT consultant
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Azure, operating systems, client support, networking, and IT security
- High social competence, able to communicate effectively via phone and email
- Customer-focused and solution-oriented mindset
- Fluent in Swedish and English, spoken and written
- Ability to work well in teams and contribute to customer success
Responsibilities:
- Provide customer satisfaction by being adaptive, attentive, and technically competent
- Create value for customers both technically and in advisory roles
- Work towards set economic goals and manage given customers' technical environment as part of a larger customer team
- Handle user-near IT, network, license management, and operations with high competence
- Respond directly to customers via phone and resolve issues promptly to build trust and good customer relationships
- Engage in long-term relationship and contract-based partnerships to support customer growth and trust
