Support a global team by managing processes for purchased components, including creating and maintaining material masters in SAP with accurate technical data classification.
Main requirements:
- Strong understanding of food processing components preferred
- Experience with Master Data Management processes
- Practical experience with global business IT systems, preferably SAP
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Analytical skills for accurate data analysis and classification
- Strong administrative and organizational skills
Responsibilities:
- Receive global requests for material master creation via request tool and classify materials in SAP based on criteria
- Assign appropriate UNSPSC-class and enter technical data related to materials
- Research component specifications using datasheets, websites, and supplier communications
- Continuously improve processes for managing and classifying purchased components
Required hard skills:
