ERP Application Manager at DEFA

We are seeking an ERP Application Manager for DEFA, an innovative technology company in a strong growth phase. You will play a central role in modernizing and further developing our business platform by managing and developing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations to support business needs. This is a key position bridging system development, business process improvements, and global operations.
Main requirements:
  • 3-5 years experience managing and developing ERP systems with technical understanding of ERP architecture and system integrations
  • Academic degree in information systems or technical education with focus on business systems and/or supply chain
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX/Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations
  • Knowledge of EDI, BI systems (e.g., Power BI or QlikSense), and warehouse/production modules
  • Good understanding of business processes within supply chain and finance
  • Analytical and solution-oriented approach
  • Strong communication skills, able to translate business needs into technical solutions
  • Knowledge of project management and change management
Responsibilities:
  • Manage and develop Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations to ensure optimal operation and continuous improvement
  • Responsible for integrations with other critical business systems such as EDI, CRM, e-commerce, and Power BI
  • Analyze business needs with superusers and process owners to identify opportunities for process improvements and ERP optimization
  • Provide support and training as an expert to superusers and process owners
  • Document system procedures and integrations
  • Lead future initiatives and integrate additional systems in the next phase of the ERP project
