Main requirements:
  • Relevant university degree or equivalent experience (e.g., social work, political science, computer science)
  • Several years of experience in social services operations and working with digital systems in the social services domain
  • Good knowledge of legislation governing social services such as Social Services Act, Administrative Act, LVU/LVM/LSS, and HSL legislation
  • Experience as user, super-user, or system administrator in social service operational systems like Treserva, Combine, LifeCare, or Paraplyt
  • Strong collaboration skills working with internal staff and external suppliers
  • Ability to plan, coordinate, and implement system upgrades and development projects
  • Support and train super users within the organization
  • Engage actively in digitalization and development projects aligned with strategic plans
Responsibilities:
  • Co-responsible for system management of the Treserva business system
  • Configuration, upgrades, and development of the system
  • User support, including super-user training and support
  • Gather and analyze statistics and reports
  • Coordinate and lead development projects involving colleagues within and outside the administration as well as external vendors
  • Work closely with system administrators, digital strategists, operations strategists, employees, central IT department, and external suppliers
  • Participate in and lead digitalization initiatives and development projects according to business needs and strategic planning
  • Potentially manage other systems and perform additional duties within the staff
