The role involves assisting users with technical problems on-site, including troubleshooting, hardware installation, and network-related issues, in a dynamic and varied work environment. Main requirements:
  • Minimum 1 year of work experience in IT support
  • Knowledge of Office 365, Active Directory, and Windows environments
  • Basic understanding of networks and network equipment
  • Fluent in spoken and written Swedish and English
  • Experience in hardware installation and troubleshooting
  • Valid driver's license
Responsibilities:
  • Provide hands-on local support to users in office environments
  • Troubleshoot and resolve various technical problems including hardware, software, and networking
  • Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Configure, install, and set up computers and IT equipment
  • Support video conferencing equipment and network-related configurations
  • Visit different office locations to address IT issues
