Cutover Lead

An experienced Cutover Lead to oversee the full transition process from legacy systems to a new ERP environment, coordinating technical and business teams for a successful go-live.
Main requirements:
  • 8–10+ years experience in IT or ERP programs with cutover leadership
  • Proven success managing SAP or similar ERP go-lives
  • Strong planning, coordination, and communication skills
  • Familiarity with ERP landscapes, integrations, and deployment methods
  • Structured, solution-oriented mindset and ability to stay calm under pressure
Responsibilities:
  • Develop and drive overall cutover strategy and execution plan
  • Coordinate activities across IT, business units, and external vendors
  • Ensure alignment of resources and readiness of systems and environments
  • Lead planning sessions, rehearsals, and final cutover execution
  • Identify, manage, and escalate risks or issues tied to the transition
  • Support stabilization phase and handover to operations post go-live
  • Maintain governance and consistency for future deployments
