Main requirements:
  • Completed upper secondary education (or equivalent) with at least three years of work experience in similar roles, or relevant IT education (e.g., university engineer, vocational college or equivalent) with at least two years of work experience in similar roles.
  • Good knowledge of computers, peripherals, operating systems, networks, communication, and information security.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office or equivalent.
  • Good knowledge of ticketing systems (e.g., Easit GO or ServiceNow).
  • Good knowledge of Mobile Device Management (MDM).
  • Fluent communication skills in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
Responsibilities:
  • Ensure IT equipment functions properly.
  • Provide service support to users via phone, email, and chat regarding hardware and software.
  • Administer IT environments such as user accounts, permissions, and print queues.
  • Instruct users on how to work with various programs.
