As a System Administrator in the Building Permit Unit at Österåkers kommun, you will lead and coordinate the development work within the unit, driving digital transformation in public urban planning processes. You will support daily operations and long-term development of digital workflows, including transitioning from the ByggR case handling system to Nova, improving processes, and enhancing digital services for internal and external users.
Main requirements:
  • University degree in a relevant field or extensive experience in public sector business development, preferably urban planning
  • Experience leading or coordinating projects in a complex organization
  • Strong IT skills with experience working with and configuring IT systems
  • Ability to train and support users in digital tools and work methods
Responsibilities:
  • Strategic and operational responsibility for the ByggR/Nova case handling systems and associated e-services
  • Drive and coordinate digital development within the unit
  • Implement improvements to processes, routines, and templates in collaboration with the business
  • Lead and participate in development initiatives such as automated processes and e-service enhancements
  • Monitor external developments and network with other municipalities in community planning
  • Manage settings in ByggR/Nova including templates, fees, and workflows
  • Create and maintain dashboards in Nova and rules for ATOM in Nova
  • Develop and improve e-services for customers
Required hard skills:
