Finnish-speaking IT Support Technician

A Finnish-speaking IT Support Technician role focused on 1st and 2nd line support with responsibilities including user support via phone, email, and on-site, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and managing accounts and groups using Active Directory and cloud platforms.
Main requirements:
- Fluency in both Finnish and Swedish (spoken and written)
- At least 1 year of experience in 1st line IT support within a Service Desk environment
- Good knowledge of Active Directory and Azure Active Directory
- Experience with remote troubleshooting
- Familiarity with ticketing systems
- Strong phone communication skills
- Experience troubleshooting in Windows and Office 365 environments
Responsibilities:
- Provide user support primarily via phone and email, with occasional on-site support
- Assist users with IT-related issues concerning computers, equipment, telephony, printers, and software
- Use the ticketing system Servicedesk Plus
- Perform remote desktop support using Windows Quick Assist
- Manage accounts and groups using Active Directory, including cloud-based Azure and Office 365 admin panels
- Remote control of servers via ASG-Remote tool
