Finnish-speaking IT Support Technician

A Finnish-speaking IT Support Technician role focused on 1st and 2nd line support with responsibilities including user support via phone, email, and on-site, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and managing accounts and groups using Active Directory and cloud platforms.
Main requirements:
  • Fluency in both Finnish and Swedish (spoken and written)
  • At least 1 year of experience in 1st line IT support within a Service Desk environment
  • Good knowledge of Active Directory and Azure Active Directory
  • Experience with remote troubleshooting
  • Familiarity with ticketing systems
  • Strong phone communication skills
  • Experience troubleshooting in Windows and Office 365 environments
Responsibilities:
  • Provide user support primarily via phone and email, with occasional on-site support
  • Assist users with IT-related issues concerning computers, equipment, telephony, printers, and software
  • Use the ticketing system Servicedesk Plus
  • Perform remote desktop support using Windows Quick Assist
  • Manage accounts and groups using Active Directory, including cloud-based Azure and Office 365 admin panels
  • Remote control of servers via ASG-Remote tool
