Nexer Group is seeking a Consultant Manager within Quality & Test to drive the development of the business unit forward. The role involves managing personnel, supporting career development of consultants, recruiting top test experts, and engaging in technical consultancy assignments. The position balances leadership responsibilities with hands-on technical work in testing and quality assurance in various client assignments across public and private sectors.
Main requirements:
  • Several years of experience as a tester, test leader, or test architect.
  • Previous leadership experience such as personnel responsibility or team coaching.
  • Fluency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
  • Ability to work with multiple stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Interest in both business development and consultant motivations.
Responsibilities:
  • Personnel responsibility and salary-setting for several consultants.
  • Supporting consultants in their career development.
  • Recruiting experienced test experts.
  • Conducting development and salary discussions, handling personnel issues.
  • Following up on consultant assignments to ensure satisfaction and appropriate conditions.
  • Maintaining assignment planning and coordinating with sales and resource management to ensure consultants have rewarding projects.
  • Keeping updated with the latest technology through part-time consultancy work at client sites.
