Lead the product vision and development for Klarna, managing multiple product teams and aligning with business goals to create customer-centric fintech solutions.
Main requirements:
  • 8–10+ years of product management experience with 3–5 years in leadership.
  • Strong product intuition and successful track record of launching customer-facing products.
  • Expertise in agile product development and user-centered design.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to translate business strategy into actionable product plans.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in metrics, KPIs, and experimentation.
Responsibilities:
  • Define and communicate clear product vision aligned with business objectives and customer needs.
  • Hire, coach, and develop Product Managers and Leads fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate closely with Engineering, Design, Marketing, Sales, and Operations to build and launch valuable products.
  • Drive discovery processes including market research, user feedback, and data analysis.
  • Prioritize initiatives and manage product roadmap balancing strategic investments, customer demands, and technical constraints.
  • Oversee product development from ideation to delivery ensuring timely launches and successful adoption.
  • Serve as liaison with executive leadership to ensure transparency and strategic alignment.
  • Utilize KPIs, experimentation, and analytics to measure success and enable quick iteration.
