Clinical Project Manager

AMRA Medical AB is seeking a Clinical Project Manager to oversee clinical projects ensuring they are planned, executed, and completed on time, within budget, and scope. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams and clients, managing risks, leading internal teams, and maintaining communication to deliver high-quality services. The position is based in Linköping, Sweden, with remote hybrid work options.
Main requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field or equivalent practical experience
  • Experience managing clinical trials and/or working within CRO or pharmaceutical research organizations
  • Working knowledge of GCP (Good Clinical Practice), Part 11, and HIPAA regulations
  • Fluent in spoken and written Swedish and English
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexible and adaptable to shifting priorities
  • Experience with Word, Excel, and Google Drive preferred
Responsibilities:
  • Serve as main point of contact for clients and imaging lead on clinical trials
  • Implement project plans and develop presentations and timelines for kick-off meetings
  • Develop and manage risk mitigation strategies
  • Review study requirements and assessment criteria, collaborating to develop study start-up activities and documents
  • Provide leadership to internal cross-functional teams for efficient project processing
  • Conduct routine teleconferences with clients to communicate status, issues, and changes
  • Escalate issues to management appropriately
  • Forecast and track revenue submissions to meet departmental metrics and goals
  • Participate in cross-functional teams for immediate and long-term objectives
  • Maintain accurate records and meeting minutes according to regulatory guidelines
Required hard skills:
