Main requirements:
  • Several years of experience in IT testing and quality assurance, preferably with ServiceNow or other SaaS platforms
  • Experience in test automation using tools such as Selenium, TestNG, or similar
  • Knowledge of ITSM, ITIL, and agile working methodologies
  • Ability to analyze test results and recommend improvements
  • Relevant academic education in IT or equivalent
  • Fluent in both Swedish and English, spoken and written
Responsibilities:
  • Own test strategy, test planning, and execution of tests within ServiceNow
  • Develop and maintain automated test scripts to streamline quality assurance processes
  • Identify and report bugs, ensuring they are addressed following best practices
  • Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to ensure high-quality delivery
  • Work on performance, integration, and regression testing
  • Implement and improve test processes according to agile methodologies
