Are you our new Business System Consultant Maintenance within IFS? Xeamit is a consulting company that helps customers create frictionless lives around their business systems. We are professionals in what we do, and our guiding principles are teamwork, accessibility, and security. We are now seeking someone skilled in IFS for our consulting team in Linköping.
Main requirements:
- Several years of experience working with IFS, possibly as application consultant, solution architect, business system specialist or developer.
- Experience working closely with customers in consulting roles.
- Fluent in Swedish and English.
- Engaged, driven, solution-oriented with interest in technology and business.
- Ability to take active role in customer dialogues and overall responsibility.
- Knowledge or relevant experience with SAP, Infor, Dynamics or Jeeves is a plus.
Responsibilities:
- Adapt and configure IFS according to customer needs.
- Work with maintenance, improvement efforts and implementations.
- Perform system competence and listening skills throughout project phases from feasibility studies to operation.
- Lead workshops, design solutions and ensure they are implemented successfully.
- Participate early in customer processes from strategy, feasibility to implementation, development and maintenance.
Required hard skills:
- In-depth IFS system knowledge and experience.
- Consulting skills with customer interaction and solution design.
- System upgrade experience (e.g., IFS 9 to IFS Cloud).
- Workshop leadership.
- Fluent Swedish and English.
Recommended hard skills:
- Experience with integrations, SQL and database connections.
- Familiarity with Power BI or other analysis tools.
- Knowledge of other ERP systems such as SAP, Infor, Dynamics or Jeeves.
