Join a courageous and transparent Nordic-minded team delivering innovative solutions at Knowit Quality Services in Malmö. We are expanding and seeking test developers, preferably with AI-supported development experience, to ensure quality and drive project success for our customers.
Main requirements:
  • Experience in test automation or development with a strong interest in quality assurance throughout the development cycle.
  • Ability to collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders to understand customer needs and drive projects forward.
  • Strong problem identification and feedback skills early in the development cycle to ensure high-quality product deliveries.
  • Fluency in both Swedish and English, spoken and written.
Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the connecting link between end users and development teams to ensure delivery quality.
  • Collaborate with various stakeholders to understand project requirements and drive deliverables.
  • Work in diverse projects, both on-site and in-house for clients in the Öresund region.
  • Leverage AI-supported development and automation frameworks to increase efficiency and quality assurance.
  • Be part of a team supporting requirements management, automation development, and testing, especially in AI-driven contexts.
Required hard skills:
  • Coding proficiency in Python, Java, C#, or JavaScript.
  • Experience with automation frameworks such as Playwright, Selenium, Robot Framework, Appium, or Cypress.
  • Familiarity with version control and project management tools like GitHub, Bitbucket, TFS, and Azure DevOps.
  • Experience with prompt-driven development tools like GitHub CoPilot.
  • Insights into cloud environments such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform.
Soft skills:
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to see the big picture while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Goal-oriented with a structured and unpretentious approach to technical and relational challenges.
