Test Automation Specialist

Consultant role focusing on test automation within a team where development and competence are key. Work includes architecture and programming of automated tests, developing test frameworks, planning and improving test processes. Extensive experience with various test tools and methods, agile approaches, and DevOps is required. Strong programming skills and good interpersonal abilities are important. Main requirements:
  • Extensive experience with test automation in large and small projects
  • Knowledge of various test tools and methods and their effective use
  • Experience with integration tests, performance tests, and mobile application testing
  • Fluency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
  • Familiarity with agile methods such as Scrum and SAFe and DevOps practices
  • Programming experience in Python, JavaScript, Java, and/or C#
  • Strong interpersonal skills, including teamwork, knowledge sharing, and customer orientation
Responsibilities:
  • Develop test automation architecture and frameworks
  • Conduct proof of concepts for proposed solutions
  • Plan and prioritize test work
  • Secure resources for testing
  • Follow up and improve testing processes
